Established the “Sheng Kung Hui Stroke Rehabilitation Fund” to provide financial assistance for the rehabilitation of low-income stroke patients.

Organised for the first time a charity raffle draw to raise funds for developing the Welfare Council’s community support services.

Launched the two-year Pilot Scheme for On-site Pre-school Rehabilitation Services, providing services for registered kindergarten and nursery school-aged children and their families.
