Launched the “Walk with Love Family Support Project” to provide support services for “N-nothing” families in the Kowloon City area.

Became the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Limited after the Welfare Council’s successful incorporation as a registered institution, and set up the Board of Directors, executive committee and sub-committees to enhance corporate governance and the Council’s continuous development.

The Welfare Council launched Hong Kong’s first social enterprise Chinese restaurant, the Good Kitchen, in Cheung Sha Wan. It was operated based on care, eco-friendliness and health, promoting social innovation and taking on social responsibilities to support the underprivileged group. (Closed in 2020)
